• What is included with Conductor?

  Conductor includes a wide assortment of inclusions to help you make the most out of your product! We’ve included:

  • 12 PrevailKeyCo Epsilon Switches

  What if I need more of any of these?

  If you ever need more of these inclusions, a selection of them will be available for purchase where you purchased Conductor and will be available in a limited quantity. Some inclusions like the USB adapter may also be purchased on Amazon from numerous different brands.

• Is Conductor currently available for purchase?

  Currently, Conductor is not yet available for purchase. Conductor will be entering unlimited group buy phase beginning in Late October!

• I have a problem with my Conductor!

  Oh no! If you have any problems with your Conductor, we recommend that you first reach out to TrailblazerKeyboards where you purchased your Conductor!

  If you have any concerns regarding the firmware integrations or would like to see any additional help regarding software and how you can use Conductor, Join the Discord to get plenty of community help from other Conductor users! If you want to see any custom integrations or have wonder what you can do with Conductor and integrating it into your workflow, the community would be the best place to go!

• Can you support this software?

  Conductor is designed to be extremely robust and flexible so it is entirely software agnostic! Even if the existing integrations on this site don’t have the app you are after, you can still program Conductor to do whatever you want. Conductor supports dual operating modes under the keycode and MIDI modes (see the Integrations section above to learn more) and can therefore tap into any existing application that utilizes either one of those control methods.

  However, certain control methods are not natively supported by Conductor such as Mackie Control. Third party translation apps are available though to translate between Conductor’s MIDI mode and other protocols, but those have not been extensively tested. Consult with the Community Discord to see if someone has already developed a translation for your protocol, or feel free to post a new question at any time!
